Since 2007, South Shore Tae Kwon Do has been providing instruction in Tae Kwon Do and the martial arts in the Rockland, MA area.

We hope you enjoy our website and will stop by and visit us if you are in the area. This site is designed to give you information about our facility, our style of martial arts, our staff and provide you with information on how to contact us as well.

Stripe Testing

Stripe Testing will be April 27th-29th. Students must have 8 classes in April, the To Do list completed and a knowledge of their curriculm to belt test.


The next belt graduation will be held on Saturday March 28th at 10:30 A.M. at the Rockland High School gym. Please see events link for more details.

Birthday Parties

Is your child interested in having a Tae Kwon Do birthday party? We have parties at the school which consists of 90 minutes of fun. We supply the party favors, pizza, and balloons. best of all, we do all the clean-up afterwards. To schedule your party, please see Mr. Whitman to reserve a date. More Info Here

School Closed

The school will be closed February 10th for the snow storm. We re-open on February 11th. We will be holding some make-up classes next week. They are as follows:

- 2/16 Monday 9-9:30 A.M. Little Dragons, 9:30-10:15 A.M. Juniors, 10:15-11:15 A.M. Teens/Adults. No evening classes

- 2/17 Tuesday morning 9:30 A.M. 9-9:30 A.M. Little Dragons, 9:30-10:15 A.M. Juniors, 10:15-11:15 A.M. Teens/Adults. Evening classes as normal Tuesday schedule.

- 2/18 Wednesday morning 6-7 A.M. Teen/Adult class covered by me. Evening classes as normal Wednesday schedule.

Students are allowed to take two classes in one day if they're able to. We also have dropped the number of required classes in February from 6 down to 5. Please make sure the students increase the amount they are practicing at home and also come to class focused and ready to work hard. Have a safe and happy holiday.
